FRIDAY LASAGNA

  • Lasagna salsiccia con crema di porro
  • Lasagna bolognese
  • Lasagna with zucchini, artichoke and broccoli (veg)
  • Lasagna puttanesca (veg)

  • Tomato salad with balsamic vinegar and fresh basil

 

SATURDAY BRUNCH

  • Cream of wild forest mushrooms (veg)
  • Hokkaido Pumpkin cream soup (veg)
  • Breakfast Buffet with egg scramble, omelettes, freshly homemade mozzarella, cold cuts and fresh vegetables salad.
  • Hummus, zacuscă (a type of vegetable spread), traditional smoked aubergine salad, pepperonata with wild tomatoes and basil, mushroom saute with garlic and parsley
  • Shakshuka – coddled eggs in a fresh tomato & pepper sautee
  • Garden-fresh local organic fruit salad with homemade yogurts
  • Seasonal jams and organic honey

 

SATURDAY NIGHT PASTA

  • Pappardelle bolognese – homemade pasta with fresh farm eggs, angus beef ragù bolognese and Grana Padano parmesan
  • Gnocchi alla sorrentina – fresh potato gnocchi, garden organic tomato and basil sauce, artisanal homemade mozzarella, Parmesan cheese and fresh pressed olive oil (veg)
  • Ravioloni salvia e burro – large ravioli filled with cheese, browned butter and sage with just a hint of garlic and fresh shavings of parmesan (veg)
  • Penne carbonara – traditional southern Italian pasta dish with penne boiled al dente and a creamy parmesan and egg yolk sauce topped with crispy pancetta and fresh ground black pepper (meatless option)
  • Arugula salad with fresh garden mix of cherry tomatoes
  • Iceberg salad with yogurt and fresh herbs dressing
  • Classic caesar salad
