Food Pack

Amazing food prepared by our chef, Victor Popescu.

For only 40 € you will be able to enjoy two dinners (Friday and Saturday)
and two brunches (Saturday and Sunday)

The price for those who do not register in advance for the food pack is 14€ (60 LEI) for a single meal. However it is highly recommended to register in advance, so we can prepare enough food for everyone. 

Non-vegetarians craving for vegetarian food, please decide in advance which type of food you prefer eating during the event. Don’t let the vegetarians starve!

  • FRIDAY LASAGNA

    • Lasagna bianco with salsiccia peperonata
    • Lasagna with traditional neapolitan oxtail ragù
    • Lasagna with zucchini, aubergine, artichoke and porcini mushrooms (veg)
    • Lasagna puttanesca (veg)
    • Fresh summer salad with mixed greens and lemon vinaigrette
    • Arugula salad with fresh garden mix of cherry tomatoes
    • Iceberg salad with yogurt and fresh herbs dressing
    • Fresh caesar salad with iceberg, lettuce and grilled romesco salad
    • Mixed heirloom tomato caprese salad with buffalo mozzarella and balsamic vinegar

    • Stew of wild fresh picked forest mushrooms (veg)
    • Hokkaido Pumpkin cream soup (veg)
    • Sweet buffet with fresh croissants, pastries, fruit tartes, garden-fresh local organic fruit salad with homemade yogurts, seasonal jams and organic honey
    • Warm Buffet with egg scramble, omelettes, freshly homemade cheeses, Italian charcuterie and fresh vegetables salad.
    • Hummus, zacuscă (a type of vegetable spread), traditional smoked aubergine salad, peperonata with heirloom tomatoes and basil, forest mushroom sauté with garlic and parsley
    • Shakshuka – coddled eggs in a fresh heirloom tomato & pepper sautee

    SATURDAY NIGHT PASTA

    • Pappardelle bolognese – homemade pasta with fresh farm eggs, traditional angus beef and fresh salsiccia ragù, fresh basil and Grana Padano
    • Penne carbonara – traditional southern Italian pasta dish with penne boiled al dente and a creamy pecorino and farm egg yolk sauce with guanciale and fresh ground black pepper
    • Gnocchi alla puttanesca – fresh potato gnocchi, garden organic tomato and basil sauce, with roasted bell peppers, artichoke hearts, mixed organic olives and fresh pressed olive oil (veg)
    • Bavettine Alfredo with fresh truffles – fresh al dente pasta smothered in a velvety parmesan and fresh farm egg sauce with freshly picked local truffles and crushed black pepper (veg)
    • Pasta cavolfiore – traditional sicilian warm salad of roasted cauliflower, almonds, toasted breadcrumbs, farfalle pasta, lemon, toasted nuts and raisins (veg)
